- Introduction
Since the 1960s, global public health researchers have successively explored the source of innovation to solve a country's environmental health problems. They found that any environmentally friendly innovation mainly comes from the prior regulation of government laws and regulations. Since then, "regulation-driven innovation" has become the primary way for advanced countries to solve environmental problems. It is precisely driven by innovative thinking that advanced countries gradually believe that only regulation can prompt actors in the environment to think about the way to change, and only regulation can get rid of habits and stimulate enterprise growth.
